CV Creator FAQs

The person I sent my email to has not received my CV

Please check the email address very carefully before pressing the 'Email CV' button.

Incorrectly spelt email addresses are the main cause of CV emails not being received.

The email should be recieved within a few minutes.

The webmaster regularly checks emails that are returned undelivered and will attempt to send on these emails manually where possible.

In the event that you CV isn't received, please contact the webmaster@connexions-southampton.org.

I don't have an email address
If you do not have an email address, you can create your own free email address online.

There are many websites that provide this service.  We don’t recommend a particular provider, but three of the most popular sites are Yahoo! (www.yahoo.com), Hotmail (www.hotmail.com) and Google Mail (mail.google.com).  Follow the on-screen advice and guidance on how to set up your own email account.

Note: We don’t provide a support service for free email accounts and unfortunately can’t help with any problems you may experience using these services.
