Information Sharing Questions & Answers
Very often the instructions on how to share information are reproduced as Flowcharts. Whilst this method has been followed - see lower section - the company has devised an alternative method, self-help Questions and Answers.
The questions (based on legal considerations) and the choice of answer have been designed so that the pathway of information remains on the screen but can be printed off so as to maintain records.
Both the flowchart and the questions and answers section adhere to the legal basis for the sharing of personal and sensitive information in compliance with schedules 1 2 & 3 of the Data Protection Act 1998.

Information Sharing Flowchart
As an alternative to using the on-line questions and answers method it may be more convenient to print off the detailed instructions contained in the information sharing flowchart.
